Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and order volume. We strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• Pan India: All major cities and towns across India
• Metro Cities: Faster delivery (3-4 working days)
• Tier 2/3 Cities: Standard delivery (5-7 working days)
• Remote Areas: May take additional 1-2 days

Our order processing timeline:

• Order Confirmation: Within 1-2 hours of placing order
• Order Processing: 1-2 working days
• Dispatch: Within 2-3 working days
• In Transit: 1-4 working days (depending on location)

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• SMS with tracking link
• Real-time tracking updates
• Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the tracking number on our courier partner's website.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Delhivery
• India Post (for remote areas)

The courier partner is selected based on your location and product type.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

• 1st Attempt: Delivery to provided address
• 2nd Attempt: Next working day if first attempt fails
• 3rd Attempt: Final attempt after customer contact
• After 3 Attempts: Order returned to us (RTO)

Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Provide accurate contact details and address.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is:

• Complete with shop/building name and number
• Includes landmark for easy location
• Has correct PIN code
• Includes working phone number
• Accessible during business hours

Address cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Please verify before placing order.

9. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (above 10,000 units), delivery timeline may be extended to 7-10 working days. We will inform you of the exact timeline at the time of order confirmation.

10. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Secure packaging with bubble wrap/foam
• Tamper-proof sealing
• Waterproof outer packaging
• Fragile stickers for delicate items
• Invoice and product details included

11. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Do not accept delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
2. If damage is discovered after opening, take photos immediately
3. Contact us within 24 hours with photos
4. We will arrange replacement or refund
5. No additional charges for replacement

12. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Political unrest or strikes
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Customs clearance (if applicable)
• Peak season demand

We will keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

13. Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
• Re-delivery charges may apply
• Alternatively, you can request a refund
• Refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs

14. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.
